You must meet the following criteria to be deemed eligible for the interview guarantee. If these metrics are not met, the guarantee is void.
"Students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance in all live sessions and workshops."
"100% of practical assignments and projects must be submitted by their respective deadlines."
"Students must score a minimum of 80% on all internal mock interviews and coding assessments to be deemed 'Interview Ready' and 'Deployable'."
"Nextier guarantees to secure interviews for eligible students. We do not guarantee a final job offer. The final selection depends entirely on the student's performance during the company's interview process."
"The paid internships will be for entry-level industrial software roles, primarily at local/mid-tier companies. Expected starting stipends will align with feasible industry standards for freshers (e.g., Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000/month dependent on partner).
"Nextier will provide a maximum of 3 paid internship placement opportunities. If a student fails to accept or clear all provided placements, Nextier has fulfilled its obligation."
"If a student fails to attend a scheduled interview without a valid, documented emergency provided 24 hours in advance, the interview guarantee is immediately revoked."
"Any instance of plagiarism, use of unauthorized AI to pass internal tests, or cheating will result in immediate termination from the program with no refund."
Payment is due at the time of enrollment. All fees must be cleared before access to the training program is granted.
"Fees paid for the training program are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of the rigorous instruction, resources, and infrastructure provided, regardless of the final interview outcome."

"Nextier is not responsible for the student's employment continuity, workplace disputes, or termination by the employer after the candidate has been successfully hired."
Our responsibility ends once we have successfully facilitated interviews as per the guarantee terms. Your performance at the job and continued employment is your responsibility.
